Denial of habeas relief for a 120‐year prison sentence imposed on a guilty plea to three counts of producing child pornography and one count of witness tampering in violation of 18 U.S.C. sections1512(b)(1) and 2251(a), is affirmed where the was petition untimely under the Antiterrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act of 1996, Pub. L. No. 104‐132, 110 Stat. 1214, because it was filed it more than one year after the Supreme Court denied his petition for a writ of certiorari.
