Sentence for violating 18 U.S.C. section 922(g)(1) with a statutory mandatory maximum of 15 years for being an armed career criminal, section 924(e) part of the Armed Career Criminal Act (ACCA), is reversed where defendant's drug conviction under New York law that resulted in a youthful offender adjudication does not qualify as a predicate conviction under the ACCA.
