In an appeal of a sanctions order requiring defendant to deposit with the clerk the amount of judgment outstanding against it, and that such monies to be paid to plaintiff to satisfy the outstanding judgment it has against defendant, with any excess going to the court's general sanction fund, the order is vacated where a district court may not collect and turn over damages owed to a party through imposition of a sanction ordered pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 11.
