Harris v. O’Hare, 12-4350-cv

In this action brought against the City of Hartford and two Hartford police officers responsible for damages stemming from their warrantless entry onto plaintiff’s property, judgment in favor of defendants is reversed and remanded, where: 1) the evidence was insufficient to support the jury’s finding of exigent circumstances; and 2) the district court erred in denying plaintiffs' post-trial motions.
