Conviction of defendants for various crimes, including extortion, associated with their receipt of allegedly illegal labor payments is affirmed, where the district court did not err by: 1) admitting evidence of witnesses’ beliefs that defendants were connected to organized crime; 2) declining to give defendant Fazio Jr.’s requested jury instruction, it did not accurately represent the law in every respect and was ambiguous; and 3) dismissing Juror No. 5, as the juror continued to violate the instructions of the court such that there was reasonable cause to believe that the juror could no longer serve according to her oath.
