Petition for review of a Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) decision, in which the BIA concluded that petitioner's conviction for the unlawful possession of ammunition under 18 U.S.C. section 922(g)(1) qualifies as a conviction for an aggravated felony under 8 U.S.C. section 1101(a)(43)(E)(ii), is denied where the BIA's interpretation is a permissible construction of the Immigration and Nationality Act.
