Summary judgment dismissing plaintiff's medical leave, disability, employment discrimination, and retaliation claims and denying her pro se request to reopen discovery is affirmed, where: 1) the district court examined every claim or defense sufficient to allow appellate review; 2) plaintiff had been given ample time to pursue discovery, and requested reopened discovery when the scheduled time was already over and when a fully briefed motion for summary judgment was pending; 3) reopening of discovery would not have produced the evidence plaintiff sought, as defendant had previously represented that it did not have the timecards; and 4) the district court did not abuse its discretion in denying the reopening request and in choosing not to elaborate on the obvious reasons for denying it.
