United States Second Circuit
US v. Kleiner, 13-3809-cr
Conviction for bank fraud is affirmed, where the defendant's use of another person's name and address to create a counterfeit driver's license warrants two-level enhancement, as pursuant to the court's reasoning in United States v. Sash, an unlawfully produced duplicate "means of identification" subjects a defendant to US Sentencing Guidelines section 2B1.1(b)(11)(C) enhancement.
