Terebesi v. Torresso, 12-3867

In this suit against defendant-officers involved in planning and executing a botched SWAT-style raid that resulted in unjustified death and injury, an order granting in part and denying in part defendants' motions for summary judgment based on their assertions of qualified immunity is: 1) affirmed in part with respect to claims that are properly before the Court on interlocutory appeal, except as to one claim of qualified immunity, which is reversed; and 2) dismissed as to the remainder of the claims for lack of appellate jurisdiction.
