A petition to review the decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals affirming the denial of petitioner's application for adjustment of status is denied, where: 1) petitioner filed a frivolous asylum application; 2) a written warning in the asylum application provided petitioner with adequate notice of the consequences; and 3) filing a frivolous asylum application renders the petitioner ineligible for all relief from removal.
