In a dispute over the entitlement to certain assets between the trustee of a liquidating broker-dealer and the purchaser of the distressed company's assets, the district court properly reversed in part and affirmed in par an order of the bankruptcy court, where the district court did not err in concluding that the purchaser of the distressed company's assets was entitled to both the Margin Assets and the Clearance Box Assets.
