ING Global v. United Parcel Service Oasis Supply Corporation, 13-489
The district court's order setting aside a verdict awarding plaintiff attorney's fees on breach of contract claims is reversed and remanded, where: 1) in light of defendant's failure to move for relief pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 50(a) and the existence in the record of evidentiary support for the verdict, the district court erred in setting the verdict aside; and 2) a new trial is not warranted.
