United States Second Circuit
US v. Reed, 13-359
Defendant Reed's conviction of one count of conspiracy to commit Hobbs Act robbery, one count of attempted Hobbs Act robbery, and one count of possession and use of a firearm during a crime of violence resulting in the death of another are affirmed, where even if defendant Reed's Sixth Amendment right to counsel attached when the Grand Jury voted a true bill of indictment against him, any error in admitting at trial the lineup identification of defendant Reed was harmless beyond a reasonable doubt.
