In an action brought pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act seeking documents relating to targeted killings of United States citizens carried out by drone aircraft, the Government's request for additional redactions to the Office of Legal Counsel (OLC)-Department of Defense (DOD) Memorandum and correction of this Court’s April 21, 2014 opinion is granted, and a revised public opinion is filed with the redacted version of OLC-DOD Memorandum.
