Judgments for forfeiture of certain of the defendant properties to the United States, entered by default following an order pursuant to the fugitive disentitlement statute, striking claimants' claims to those properties, is affirmed, where: 1) the district court's findings that defendants Padma and Reddy Allen remained outside the United States in order to avoid prosecution in a related criminal case were not clearly erroneous; and 2) its application of the fugitive disentitlement statute was well within the bounds of its discretion.
