Defendant's convictions of terrorism-related crimes involving a conspiratorial plan, at the behest of al-Qaeda, to carry out coordinated suicide bombings in the New York City subway system, are affirmed, where: 1) defendant's rights under the Fifth and Sixth Amendments were not violated; and 2) the district court did not err in denying defendant's motion to suppress post-arrest inculpatory statements.
