US v. Mandell, 12-1967

Defendants' convictions for conspiracy to commit securities fraud, wire fraud, and mail fraud, securities fraud, wire fraud, and mail fraud, are: 1) affirmed in part, where the jury was presented with sufficient evidence of domestic transactions from which it could find the essential elements of defendants' securities fraud convictions; but 2) vacated and remanded in part, for the district court to amend the forfeiture order to make the defendants jointly and severally liable for forfeiture.
