United States Second Circuit

US v. Yousef, 12-4822

Defendant's conviction, following his guilty plea to one count of conspiring to provide material support to a designated foreign terrorist organization, is affirmed, where: 1) defendant's guilty plea waived his claim that the indictment to which he pled guilty failed to adequately allege a nexus between his alleged conduct and the United States; and 2) the due process requirement of a territorial nexus is not a non‐waivable jurisdictional question.
