Sentence enhancement added to child pornography conviction 18 U.S.C. section 2252A(b)(1) and (b)(2) based on defendant's prior state conviction for sexual abuse in the second degree under New York Penal Law section 130.60(2) is affirmed where it constituted a prior conviction under State law "relating to aggravated sexual abuse, sexual abuse, or abusive sexual conduct involving a minor or ward."
