United States Second Circuit

Li v. Holder, 10‐274

A petition for review of a decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) affirming the decision of the Immigration Judge (IJ) to deny petitioner's motion to reopen is denied, where: 1) petitioner concedes that she was deportable; and 2) the BIA did not abuse its discretion in affirming the IJ's denial of her untimely motion to reopen.
