Judgment for defendant-employer on plaintiff-employees' claims that they were subjected to a hostile work environment on the basis of race and national origin and were retaliated against for complaining about the hostile work environment is: 1) vacated in part and remanded, where genuine issues of material fact exist as to plaintiff Rivera's hostile work environment claims and as to all of plaintiff Talton's claims; but 2) affirmed in part, as to plaintiff Rivera's claims of retaliation.
