United States Second Circuit

Brady v. International Brotherhood of Teamsters, 13-2038

Dismissal of plaintiff' claim brought pursuant to the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (LMRDA) is affirmed, where the district court correctly concluded that it lacked subject matter jurisdiction under the LMRDA because plaintiff was not and has never been a member, or member in substance, of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Theatrical Drivers and Helpers Local 817.
