Defendant's conviction of being "found in" the United States as a previously‐deported alien is reversed, where: 1) when encountered by authorities, defendant had left the United States and sought lawful entry into Canada, was detained, and then returned to the United States in custody; and thus, 2) defendant was not "found in" the United States and, when "found in" the United States, was here involuntarily.
