In re Terrorist Attacks on September 11, 2001, 12-1318
In an action for damages for injuries or deaths caused by the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, the district court's order denying plaintiffs' Rule 60(b) motion to reopen the district court's judgment dismissing sovereign defendants pursuant to the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act is reversed and remanded, where the district court's decision rested on an error of law and that the motion should have been granted.
