United States Second Circuit

Bloom v. Federal Deposit Insurance Corp., 11-5304

Plaintiff's appeal from the district court's order, which principally decertified a class of plaintiffs who asserted claims against defendant Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, is dismissed, where: 1) plaintiff Bloom failed to notice an appeal of the denial of the plaintiffs' motion to permit his intervention before the district court, and 2) plaintiff Bloom is not otherwise an appropriate party to appeal the class decertification order.
