The bankruptcy court's order granting recognition of a foreign main proceeding under Chapter 15 of the Bankruptcy Code is vacated and remanded, where the bankruptcy court erred in concluding that the debtor in a Chapter 15 proceeding need not satisfy 11 U.S.C. section 109(a), which requires the debtor to have a domicile, place of business or property in the United States.
