Defendant's appeal from the district court's order granting plaintiff's motion for attorneys' fees is dismissed, where: 1) a final order solely on the issue of attorneys' fees is appealable without entry of a separate document; 2) a subsequent, identical judgment does not re-start the time to appeal; and 3) because the entry of judgment did not restart the time to appeal, the appeal is untimely.
