Dismissal of plaintiffs' complaint alleging, in relevant part, that the defendants' negligence caused the 7 World Trade Center (7WTC) building to collapse following the 2001 terrorist attack, is affirmed, where even assuming negligence on the part of the defendants, any such negligence was not the cause-in-fact of the collapse of 7WTC.
