Defendant's conviction for failing to register under the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA) is affirmed, where: 1) SORNA, as applied to defendant regulates activity involving travel in interstate commerce because his failure to register follows interstate travel; and thus, 2) SORNA is constitutional as applied to defendant.
