Askins v. City of New York, 12-877
Dismissal of plaintiff's claims of false arrest and malicious prosecution against defendant-city and defendant-officers is: 1) affirmed in part, where plaintiff waived any argument that an amendment naming the Doe defendants would relate back to the original complaint by failing to raise that argument before the district court; but 2) vacated in part and remanded, where the district court did err in dismissing plaintiff's municipal liability claims.
