In a suit alleging defamation, negligence, and reckless conduct concerning a bogus Ph.D. hired by a South Korean university after Yale mistakenly confirmed her doctorate degree, the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Yale is affirmed where it correctly dismissed all of plaintiff's claims.
