Summary judgment for defendant dismissing plaintiff's claim that his personal information was wrongfully disclosed in violation of the Driver's Privacy Protection Act, is: 1) affirmed in part, as to defendants Softech International, Inc. and Rodriguez, where nothing in the record suggests that, in complying with the information request, these defendants acted unreasonably; and 2) vacated and remanded in part, as to defendants Arcanum Investigations, Inc. and Cohn, where a reasonable jury could find that defendant Arcanum failed to exercise reasonable care.
