Summary judgment for defendant denying tuition reimbursement for plaintiffs after their unilateral placement of their autistic child into a private school is affirmed, where: 1) the individualized education program (IEP) was substantively adequate; and 2) despite alleged procedural flaws, the IEP provided the child a free and appropriate public education (FAPE).
