US v. Turner, 11-196

Defendant's conviction of threatening a federal judge based on a blog post he published declaring that three Seventh Circuit judges deserved to die for their decision that the Second Amendment did not apply to the states, is affirmed, where: 1) the evidence was sufficient; 2) the jury was properly instructed regarding a "true threat;"and 3) defendant was not prejudiced by any error.
