Judgment dismissing, without leave to amend, pro se plaintiff's civil rights complaint complaining of jail conditions is vacated in part and remanded, where with respect to plaintiff's claims against defendant-Warden in his individual capacity: 1) plaintiff's initial complaint did not adequately plead defendant-Warden's personal involvement with respect to certain constitutional violations; but 2) plaintiff should have been allowed to amend his complaint
