United States Second Circuit
Mali v. Federal Insurance Company, 11-5413
The district court's judgment in favor of defendant-insurer denying plaintiff-insureds' claim for a barn that was destroyed in a fire is affirmed, where: 1) the trial court did not err in instructing the jury that it could draw an adverse inference against plaintiff-insureds with respect to a photograph that plaintiff-insureds had not produced in discovery; and 2) the district court properly denied defendant-insurer attorney's fees and equitable relief.
