In a suit against debt collector alleging that a collection notice requiring dispute of validity of debt be in writing violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), 15 U.S.C. section 1692g, the District Courts grant of defendant's motion to dismiss all claims is vacated where section 1692g(a)(3) of FDCPA does not impose a writing requirement.
