Dismissal of plaintiffs' cases which alleged that defendants' imposition and enforcement of post-release-from-prison conditions without a judicial order was unconstitutional is: 1) affirmed in part, in so much as dismissed plaintiffs' claims against defendants other than defendant Annucci, who was not entitled to qualified immunity; and 2) vacated in part and remanded, as to so much of the judgments that dismissed claims that defendant Annucci administratively imposed, enforced, or supervised employees who imposed or enforced, such conditions on any plaintiff after June 9, 2006, the day on which Earley I was decided, that clearly established the unconstitutionality of said practice.
