US v. Defreitas, 11-425
Defendants' convictions of conspiracy to carry out acts of terrorism against John F. Kennedy International Airport, and sentences of life imprisonment, are affirmed, where: 1) the use of an anonymous jury was neither an abuse of discretion nor unfairly prejudicial; 2) the district court did not err in its evidentiary rulings; and 3) defendants' sentences were not substantively or procedurally unreasonable.
