Dismissal of suit against defendant-debt collector alleging that defendant's collection notice violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act by stating that the plaintiffs could only dispute the validity of a debt in writing, is vacated and remanded, where 15 26 U.S.C. section 1692g(a)(3) does not require consumers to dispute the validity of debts in writing.
