The district court did not abuse its discretion in denying defendant's motion for a sentence reduction pursuant to 18 U.S.C. section 3582(c)(2) and Amendment 750 to the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines Manual, where the district court had the discretion to conclude that a sentence of 168 months was as low as the circumstances warranted.
