Morning Mist Holdings Ltd. v. Krys, 11-4376
In Chapter 15 bankruptcy appeal, the order of the Bankruptcy Court is affirmed where debtor had its "center of main interests" in the British Virgin Islands, and therefore its liquidation in the BVI was a "foreign main proceeding" under 11 U.S.C. section 1517 that stayed U.S. proceedings against the debtor.
