SEC v. Smith, 11-3843

District court's order in securities fraud action imposing sanctions against several individuals and authorizing a receiver to dispose of property owned by an irrevocable trust is: 1) dismissed in part as to the appeals of defendants' attorney Dunn and former trustee Wojeski of sanctions imposed against them, for lack of jurisdiction; 2) affirmed in part, as to the sanction order against defendant Smith for her failure to disclose the annuity in her list of accounts and assets and for her statements that she had no present or future interest in the trust; and 3) remanded with regard to the disposition of the trust's real property.
