Summary judgment for defendants dismissing female football coach-plaintiff's suit claiming sexual harassment and retaliation is: 1) reversed on the retaliation claim because the district court erred in its analysis of the McDonnell Douglas factors, plaintiff made a sufficient showing on each of these factors in order to establish a prima facie case, legitimate non-retaliatory reasons can be offered for each of the adverse actions complained of, but plaintiff has made a sufficient showing of pretext; but 2) affirmed with respect to the harassment claim because the conduct of the football players involved cannot be imputed to defendant-university and defendants met their obligation to address and end the harassment.
