Jimico Enterprises, Inc. v. Lehigh Gas Corporation, 11-4563
Summary judgment for plaintiffs is affirmed, where: 1) the Petroleum Marketing Practices Act provides a right of action to full and trial franchisees when a franchisor fails properly to notify it prior to terminating the franchise; and 2) the district court did not abuse its discretion in awarding plaintiffs compensatory damages, punitive damages, attorney's fees and costs, and interest.
