Judgment granting defendants' motion to dismiss amended complaint alleging bid rigging scheme in connection with the purchase by state and city agencies of a particular brand of mobile radio is affirmed, where: 1) plaintiff lacks antitrust standing to bring its claims under the Sherman Act and the Donnelly Act; and 2) plaintiff's common law claims were properly dismissed as a matter of law.
