In action for revocation of an executed purchase agreement for a luxury condominium unit in New York City, summary judgment for plaintiff-purchasers is reversed and remanded with instruction to enter judgment for defendant-sellers, where the agreement is consistent with the requirements of the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act.
