In appeal from conviction for heroin related crimes, judgment is affirmed because the district court did not err in denying defendant's motion to suppress evidence seized from her motel room, where: 1) exigent circumstances justified the warrantless entry into defendant's motel room; 2) defendant's consent to search was given voluntarily; and 3) defendant's other arguments are without merit.
