United States Second Circuit

US v. Roy Ageloff, 11-3474

In appeal from district court's order of restitution resentencing defendant to pay $190 million in restitution to the victims of a massive fraud scheme, the order is affirmed, where: 1) the district court properly exercised its authority under the All Writs Act to restrain defendant's funds in anticipation of resentencing; 2) the district court's refusal to release any of defendant's money did not interfere with defendant's Sixth Amendments right to counsel; and 3) defendant's remaining claims are without merit.
