United States Second Circuit

Corby v. Artus, 11-1650

In appeal from judgment granting petitioner a writ of habeas corpus, judgment is reversed, where petitioner’s Confrontation Clause rights were not violated by the lower court's decision to bar petitioner from cross-examining a prosecution witness on the issue of whether the witness had accused petitioner of the crimes in question only after being told that petitioner had accused her.
